  • How long does it take for an order to be processed.
    Our processing, preparation and making your cake only takes place between Friday and Sunday. If you ordered from our standard selection of cakes and cupcakes, the product will be made and ready for collection on the selected date.

    Custom Cake Orders
    For custom cake orders, depending on the size these normally need to be ordered in advance of at least one week (two weeks is normally best). This gives us time to source the required ingredients and materials to make your perfect cake.

  • Are you limited in the type of cake orders you can accept?
    Absolutely not, whatever your idea or needs is, we'll make it reality. Just depending on the size of your order, allow us time to prepare it and get it into your hands!
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Currently we do not readily offer delivery. We do plan to however bring this soon. In the event that you doing a custom cake order that is large, we may be able to arrange delivery. Just add this as an requirement when you enquire with us. Aside from this, please expect to collect any orders made. We are local to South East London and Kent (DA) areas.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We use the biggest online payment processor - PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account and use your account balance or saved credit/debit cards or you can pay as an guest using your credit or debit card. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit card issuers including American Express. If PayPal is simply not an option, you may contact us to pay via bank transfer.
